From years of partnering with top sports leagues, publishers and betting operators, SharpLink has developed a compelling suite of free-to-play games and betting conversion tools. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive  to help drive our next stage of customer growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue, the successful candidate will be tasked with rapidly growing new business with publishers and the broader digital media ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to join an experienced team at a public company in a high-growth industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build an extensive pipeline of sales targets across a range of customer segments including enterprise digital publishers, sports fan sites and lifestyle sites
  • Tailor product and service packages that meet specific customer needs  
  • Negotiate pricing and deal terms, and close a large volume of new business
  • Ensure that client product needs are met and that customers are provided quality account and technical support
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships that continue to generate incremental revenue
  • Set and closely manage aggressive sales goals 
  • Drive significant year-over-year revenue growth

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years+ selling content and SaaS products to digital media and technology companies 
  • Strong familiarity with the business models of sports media, leagues and betting operators
  • Strong familiarity with a variety of commercial models, including licensing, CPM-based, CPA-based and revenue shares
  • A track record of successfully over-achieving commercial targets
  • Comfort in forecasting sales volume 
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Superior client relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to be hands on across multiple cross-function tasks, while staying focused to achieve business revenue goals
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
